What is Vedic Meditation?

Simple, Easy, Natural

Vedic Meditation is an effortless mental process.  We sit comfortably in a chair, close our eyes, and use a mantra to trigger deep rest in the mind and body.  Through this process, we awaken of the full potential of the mind and a fully restored physiology.

The key to Vedic Meditation is learning how to embrace, celebrate and surrender to the body's natural processes during meditation.  Learning this process of letting go and surrender allows our body to enter a state of rest and repair.  Without trying, stress naturally falls away, and what remains is a baseline of bliss and happiness that you know you've always deserved.  


The power of Vedic Meditation lies in its simplicity.  Unlike other forms of meditation, which require focus, concentration, yogi-like flexibility, and lots of time, Vedic Meditation is natural, quick and effective.  It was crafted specifically for busy people with busy lives.


How do I learn?

The course is taught over 4 consecutive days. Each daily session lasts anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes. You will receive your personalised mantra and I will show you how to meditate in an effortless and natural way. Each day we will dive into different areas of the technique. I'll also verify and validate your meditation experiences. At the end of the 4 day course, you will be a fully self-sufficient meditator!

Upon graduating from the 4 day course, enjoy a lifetime of follow-up and support. You'll be able to check in with me and ask any questions you have about your meditation practice. You'll also have access to group meditations. They're a great way to check-in and keep your practice fresh! You're also welcome to come sit in on any future 4 day beginner courses as a refresher.
